A full list of documents and completed application forms from the Government of Canada are required for submission for Canada visa application. Effective 31 December 2018, a prior appointment is mandatory for Biometric Enrolment at the Canada Visa Application Centre (CVAC) in Malaysia for applicants from Asia. Applicants will need to appear in person at the Kuala Lumpur VAC office with your original and photocopy passport, your Biometric Instructions Letter (BIL) from the Government of Canada, and a completed VFS global consent form. Malaysians holding a Malaysia Passport do not require a visa to enter New Zealand for travel purpose. However a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA) is required. We will need your valid passport to apply for both NZeTA and International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy (IVL).
